Once you answer all questions, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
Earliest entry with maximum correct responses will be selected as the winner.

A. ELIGIBILITY
1. Open to legal residents of India who are 18 or older with valid e-mail id address as of 24th Oct 2009. Employees of LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) and their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) are not eligible. Employees, officers and directors of partner agencies and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of such employees/officers/directors, whether related or not, are not eligible. I. Participation in the contest is purely voluntary. All multiple entries from a single person will not be considered for the contest. Only One (1) entry, the first one, shall be considered.
2. The contest is open from 24th Oct to 10th Nov, 2009 till 23:59hrs. Entry Time shall be based on Indian Standard Time (IST) when submitted on said website by the participant.
3. LGEIL is not responsible for the slow internet connection or stoppage of bytes during the log-in session. It is the User’s sole discretion to use dial-up or broadband connection.
4. Beginning 18:00:01 PM, India, on 24th Oct, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 PM, Indian Standard Time, on 10th Nov, 2009 ("Promotion Period"), you can enter the contest, by visiting www.lgindia.com, completing an Entry Form and submitting the answers of the quiz contest. By entering the contest, you agree that your personal information/data will be collected by LGEIL and shared with the independent judging agency for purposes of administration of the contest. Entries are the property of LGEIL. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. Limit one (1) entry per person, and/or email address per contest (18:00:01 PM, India Time through 11:59:59 PM, India Time) during Contest Period. In the event of a dispute as to identity of entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the registered owner of the e-mail address and, potential winner may be required to furnish proof of being the registered owner of the e-mail address/phone number.
B. WINNER SELECTION:
Three (3) Winners will be selected on the basis of earliest entry with maximum correct responses. The result will be announced in or after 5th week of November, 2009, from all eligible entries received. The prizes will be distributed within 2months of the confirmations from the winners. First name and last initial of winner (as well as his/her city of residence) may also be posted on Web site.
C. PRIZE:
Winning prizes – One 1st Prize (LG Mobile Phone-Cookie), the next correct and fastest entry will be rewarded with a LG mobile phone(GM200) and thereafter next entry will be rewarded with a DVD pack of 50 movies. Gift tax shall be borne by LGEIL. The prizes shown in the webpage are only for representation only. In case of non-availability of model, equivalent model of same value shall be given to the winner.
D. GENERAL RULES:
1. The computer of LGEIL’s independent judging agency shall be the official clock for purposes of this contest.
2. Winner agrees to cooperate with LGEIL in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable).
3. The winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification within 15 days once the result is declared. If these documents are not returned within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will not be selected. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail after the declaration of results. LGEIL shall not be responsible for any un-used phone or e-mail address which may prevent the winner from being contacted by LGEIL and in such an event, LGEIL shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever. By their entry, participants are agreeing to these Official Rules and that the decisions of the judges and LGEIL are final and binding in all respects.
4. If, for any reason, the Quiz Contest (in whole or in part) is not capable of running by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical or system limitations or failures, “Acts of God” or terrorist attacks, hacking, or any other causes which prevents the participant to participate in this contest, LGEIL shall not be responsible for the same. In the event of termination or cancellation of the cricket tournament in whole or in part by the Cricket Officials, then Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received throughout Territory before the time of termination, LGEIL and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which are void. LGEIL and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Web site or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any entry information. LGEIL and its agencies are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer, other equipment, or person relating to or resulting from participation in the contest, or from downloading materials or accessing the Web site.
5. LGEIL reserves its rights to cancel, modify or alter any terms and conditions and/or the entire contest. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
E. DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY POLICY:
Information collected by LGEIL in connection with this Contest may be used by LGEIL. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by LGEIL for purposes of the Contest.
F. DISPUTES:
Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only, irrespective of the place from where the participant logged-in.
