Each customer can avail this offer multiple times. The customer will receive a GiftMate voucher worth Rs. 25 on completion of each successful transaction. This is irrespective of the number of times he recharges a single mobile number. So, he may recharge once or 10 times till 31st December 2009. He will receive Rs. 25 GiftMate voucher per transaction.
The GiftMate voucher worth Rs. 25 will be delivered to the customer’s mobile number within 48 working hours of the successful transaction.
The GiftMate voucher for Rs. 25 will be delivered to the transacting mobile number only. So, he will get the voucher only on the mobile number through which he has made the payment.
The GiftMate voucher worth Rs. 25 will be given to the customer as cash back only for recharges above Rs. 100. So, the customer might recharge for Rs. 100 and get Rs. 25 extra GiftMate voucher, or he may recharge for Rs. 1000 and still get Rs. 25 as extra GiftMate voucher.
GiftMate voucher worth Rs. 25 will be delivered to the transacting mobile number. The value of talk time received is dependent on the operator, plan and circle and PayMate is not responsible for this.
Providing a valid mobile number and email address is mandatory to avail of this offer. This offer is valid for Indian citizens above 18 years of age only.
The GiftMate voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or extended for any reason at all.
PayMate reserve the right to stop the offer at any time and/or change, modify, withdraw, partially withdraw or extend the said offer, at their sole discretion without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
In the event of the customer’s mobile number being blocked by PayMate due to any reason whatsoever, the voucher will be issued to the customer only on the receipt of alternate and/or additional details.
To redeem a GiftMate voucher a customer must have a valid mobile number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate mobile number at the time of redemption. PayMate will not be held liable or responsible if a customer redeems a voucher without providing the accurate mobile number.
GiftMate voucher is a value voucher which will entitle the customer to buy products / avail services of matching value at PayMate accredited merchants. Customers can check www.giftmate.in for details of PayMate merchants where the voucher is redeemable. PayMate accredited merchants can be online/retail stores.
The GiftMate voucher is a mobile gift voucher. For utilizing the voucher, the customers will have to look for PayMate at the participating merchants, enter their mobile number and authenticate the transaction with their GiftMate PIN number.
GiftMate voucher will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Credit will not be given for unutilizedand unclaimed vouchers and the voucher cannot be encashed.
PayMate will not be responsible for product deliveries / quality of product and or service at participating merchants.
